Mediocre Stay, Issues with Cleanliness and Service

The room was not clean upon arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom and dust everywhere (clearly no one had bothered to wipe down the surfaces). The staff seemed indifferent when I reported it. I often waited several minutes to get one, quite annoying.
