charming stay near the mosque

great location friendly staff

I found the location great. the masjid nabawi was just a short walk away, very convenient for prayers. the staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance with my requests.

The room i had showed some wear and tear. the bathroom needed some updates. The shower pressure was quite low.

The location is excellent, right near the masjid. the staff were cooperative and helpful. the housekeeping person was especially professional and helpful. I found that charmed

The hotel smelled fishy. the rooms also smelled of sweat, unpleasant. i thought the shower head was unclean and old. It was concerning.

Mediocre Stay, Issues with Cleanliness and Service

dirty room slow lifts

The room was not clean upon arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom and dust everywhere (clearly no one had bothered to wipe down the surfaces). The staff seemed indifferent when I reported it. the lifts were slow. I often waited several minutes to get one, quite annoying.
